Counseling is a process that can help you identify more effective strategies to cope with difficult situations. While some people who seek counseling have chronic emotional difficulties, most are dealing with normal life events and are simply in need of an objective listener - someone who doesn't judge and who can help them see new alternatives. My goal is to provide an open, supportive, and confidential environment for you to address the issues that are concerning you.
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and are typically scheduled once a week. I charge $85 for individual sessions. I am an out-of-network provider and accept cash, check, Master Card & Visa for payments.
I am part of the St. Andrew UMC of Plano Counseling Center and work under the supervision of Jenny Gomez, MS, LPC-S, RPT-S.
